I have found nowdays the condition of Engineering Colleges(especially under UPTU) are in a very bad condition. They are lacking basic facilities even they do not have teachers who have sufficient knowledge of subject & can teach the students effectively. Near about same condition is of medical colleges.  If entrance exams are organized to test student's qualification then what is being done to test qualification of engineering and medical colleges.  This condition is then when they charge a lot of money as fees   as compared to 10 th or 12 th level. I’m not saying that all 10 th & 12 th level   schools are in a good condition, but their average condition is well as compared to engineering & medical colleges. And if we talk about CBSE & ICSE board, then their average condition is very well.   Infact engineering & medical colleges have converted from an educational place to a money-making shop. I have been a student of B.Tech.CS branch.      There I feel   that syllabus of 1 st year needs a change. I couldn’t understand the use of the subjects like   Electrical,Physics,Chemistry & Mechanical   for a CS student & vice-versa. Infact this is the problem which causes failure of many students or Y.B. If the student   abstain from Y.B. in 1 st year even then they faces this problem as a burden   in next years   as back paper of that subject which has no importance for his branch. The 2 nd problem a 1 st year student faces is a new environment & a new educational system. So we should give less burden in 1 st year . The 3 rd problem is internal exam. With 50% of the total marks in internal exam, student becomes more dependable on   teacher which results in bribe to the teacher & using unfair means by student to make percentage. As a solution of these problems I recommend these advices :- 1.        Subjects should be lesser & easier

"If you can't be the best then just be Different, you will be best " ...!   I strongly feel a need of career councelar  for students of 12th , who can guide about what should they do next on the basis of his performance, interest & job opportunity in the interested field. what should we do for our country? We should believe in us, search for what we have at that time (instead of waiting for any special thing) & then use it for humanity. May be it seems that we have only a zero while world have 1 to 9, still we(the Indians) have more important thing because without our zero the world can't earn even 10 rupees. मैंने अपने experiences से सीखा है कि अगर हम सही हैं तो  हमें अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए विरोध को हमेशा तैयार रहना चाहिए। किसी गलत चीज़ का विरोध पहली बार मृदु भाषा में समझाने की शैली में ,  दूसरी बार गलती दोहराने पर कटु भाषा में चेतावनी की शैली में और तीसरी बार गलती दोहराने पर बेहद कटु शैली में इस तरह करना चाहिए कि फिर चाहे मार-पीट की नौबत आ जाए ,  दंगा हो जाए , धरती हिल जाए ,  आसमान फट जाए या मौत आ जाए ,  हमें अपना विरोध ज़ारी रखना चाहिए जब तक कि  हमारी समस्या का सम्पूर्ण समाधान न हो जाए। कुछ मामलों में हम देखते हैं कि politicians जनविरोध को देखते हुए  त्वरित किन्तु आँशिक समाधान करके मामला शांत करने का प्रयास करते हैं। हमें यहाँ भी सजगता दिखानी चाहिए। ध्यान रखें कि बदलाव तभी आ सकता है जब हम विरोध की शुरुआत करें तो किसी भी कीमत पर समस्या के समाधान से पहले न रुकें। ......................................! जय हिन्द !.......................................

For many problems we blame politicians as ‘Guilty’, but ever we have thinked about the problems of   a politician. As a Voter is a unit of Democracy, Gram-Pradhan in village area or chairman in the town area is the unit of Politics at gross root level. So we can analyse the problem of whole politics by analyzing the problems   faced   by this unit of the Politics. A Gram-Pradhan faces   these problems:- 1.        He have to spend money for   advertisement & to the Brokers. So he tries to make-up these expenses   when he won the election. 2.        He have to be chosen only   2 times in his whole life even if he does works honestly if he is from ‘General’ category   because of Rotation-Policy for reserved quota such as SC,ST,OBC or Women quota. So he have to spend whole life with the income in these 10 years maximum & alternate work after that. 3.        After   winning   the election he gets pressurized for giving bribe to the Officers even if he works

Rape हमारे समाज की एक घृणित बुराई है, जिसको हमें ख़त्म करने का प्रयास करना ही होगा। इस बुराई को समाज से हटाने के लिए हमें सबसे पहले इसके कारण को समझने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। generally यह माना जाता है कि इसका मुख्य वजह सेक्स है, लेकिन मै  ऐसा नहीं मानता। मेरा मानना है कि सेक्स इसकी एक छोटी वजह है, जबकि main  वजह Rape को लड़कियों के खिलाफ सजा के रूप में इस्तेमाल करना है। अक्सर लड़के को परेशान करने या बदला लेने के लिए उसके साथ मारपीट की जाती है, मगर ऐसी ही condition  में  लड़की के साथ Rape किया जाता है। क्योंकि Rapist जानता है कि  इससे लड़की समाज में अलग-थलग हो जाएगी और उससे शादी करने को कोई तैयार नहीं होगा। इस तरह Rape उस लड़की के लिए सजा बन जाती है। जो लोग sex को Rape की मुख्या वजह मानते हैं  उनसे मै ये कहना चाहूँगा कि क्या हमारे देश में रेड लाइट  areas की कमी है , जहाँ आदमी अपनी जरूरत नहीं पूरी कर सकता या फिर शादी-शुदा आदमी Rape नहीं करता? इसलिए इस समस्या के समाधान के रूप में मै सोचता हु कि हमें इसके कारण  को ही समाप्त कर  देना चाहिए। मतलब कि  अगर समाज Raped लड़की को accept करे तो यह समस्य

जनसंख्या के बढ़ने के साथ-साथ हमारे देश में बेरोज़गारी की समस्या विकराल रूप लेती जा रही है। इसका  एक उपाय जनसंख्या को सीमित करना तो है ही, साथ में कुछ अन्य उपाय भी हैं। असल में बेरोज़गारी की समस्या रोज़गार के अवसरों की कमी के कारण नहीं , बल्कि रोज़गार के अवसरों को न ढूँढ पाने के कारण ज्यादा है। अक्सर हम भीड़ में भेड़ बन जाते हैं। हम अगर देखते हैं कि  हमारे पड़ोस का लड़का Doctor या engineer बनकर पैसा कमा रहा है तो हम भी doctor या engineer बनने  का प्रयास करने लगते हैं। भले ही हममें उस लड़के जैसी क्षमता न हो। नतीजा ये होता है कि हम उस  क्षेत्र में समय और पैसा दोनों बर्बाद करते हैं और कुछ बन भी नहीं पाते। जबकि अगर हम अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार क्षेत्र का चुनाव करें तो सफल होने के चांसेस बढ़ जाते हैं।इसलिए हमें क्षेत्र का चुनाव अपनी रूचि , क्षमता और उस क्षेत्र में vacancy की संख्या देखकर करनी चाहिए न कि दूसरे छात्र की सफलता को देखकर ! क्षेत्र के चुनाव के लिये अगर हम हर लेवल पर career काउंसलर की मदद लें तो ज्यादा अच्छा  होगा। अगर आपकी क्षमता कम है तो प्रतिस्पर्धियों से भरे पड़े पैसे वाले क्षेत्र की

Untouchability आज की एक बड़ी बुराई है। गाँधी जी ने इसे दूर करने का सर्वप्रथम प्रयास किया था, लेकिन अफ़सोस कि इतने सालों बाद भी ये समस्या दूर नहीं हो सकी है। untouchability में विश्वास रखने वालों के generally दो ही तर्क होते हैं - 1. गन्दगी रखने वाले लोगों से बचना                           2. माँसाहार करने वालों से बचना  पहले तर्क के अनुसार हम  sc ,st  के लोगों से दूरी बनाते हैं। मगर अगर गन्दगी ही मुख्य वजह है तो क्या हम शुद्धता से रहने वाले और पढ़े-लिखे sc ,st  के लोगों को अपनी थाली में खिलाने को तैयार हो जाते हैं या  फिर अशुद्धता से रहने वाले उच्च जाति  के लोगों को अपनी थाली में खिलाने से मना कर देते हैं ? दूसरे तर्क के अनुसार  हम मुसलमानों से दूरी बनाते हैं। यहाँ भी वही सवाल उठता है कि अगर माँसाहार ही मुसलमानों से दूरी बनाने की मुख्य वजह है तो हम क्षत्रियों को अपनी थाली में क्यों खिलाते हैं,जो कि वैदिक काल से ही माँसाहारी हैं। और क्षत्रिय ही क्यों आज तो लगभग हर जाति में हमें कुछ लोग माँसाहारी मिल जायेंगे। फिर ये पाखण्ड क्यों ? शाकाहारी लोग अपने घर में माँस को न आने दें , यह ठीक ह

we should use Solar-roofs. I don't think it has any technical or other problems. Practically what problem it has i don't know otherwise it is a good alternative of traditional energy sources. perhaps cost is higher, but in case of solar-roofs it can save money of concrete roof. then what's the problem? After 10 hours of charging in day, it can deliver atleast 5-6 hours of sufficient use of electricity. It's cost may be lower also if government promotes it by subsidising it with noticing that it is a most environ-friendly & can save the land & water uses especially for water-electricity + air-pollution made by Heat-electricity based on coal. Also it can be used at a large scale in dessert areas like Rajasthan,where a lot of land is useless. If there we establish a big solar-plant,then we can get double benefit- 1st is a lot of electricity & 2nd is shedding if used over roads.

We should patent our Ayurvedic & other knowledges, medicinal plants etc. As we have seen in last decade that we got right on Neem,Termeric & tulsi etc after fighting by some indians against patent of these plants & their medicinal use by foreigners. otherwise we could bounded to purchase the products from them which are our own. so we have to search for our medicinal plants & knowledge.then we should try to patent it.  after it we have only to pack it in a modern way. in this way we can sell our really good things which we have in a packing which world likes. we will certainly be successful because we shall give really good things in a lower cast while foreigners are selling relatively bad things only in an attractive pack & with the help of advertisement. as a reply to them we have all to say to men only "Jaago Grahak Jaago".   For packing & selling our products we can learn something from a mom. Anyone can't say our police & politicians as corrupt & lazy, especially after giving an eye at Dowd's brother attack matter where accused were caught in only few hours.even khufia agencies helped in finding the accused. while even after a minister's killing, our police & whole system remain unable to find the accused in many years.  So the difference is only that what is the priority of our police,politicians & system, nothing else.

I have described before in my previous blog about 'the Confusion'. today i'm going to tell you some other thing related to this condition. Infact i feel that confusion is the condition when we give exam of our capacity, power of thinking, ability of choosing right things & moral values like honesty, courage, responcibility and care for other's problems etc. Also it is the point where a minute difference in choosing the right things causes to success or failure in future. I feel many people in the world are wrong, only because they don't know the right ways or benefits of right ways & have chosen the wrong ways to solve their problems like earning money or taking revenge etc. then the big question is what should we do when we are confused and don't know what is right or wrong? I think we should choose the right way by using all our knowledge and senses we have & what we feel is right by our heart at that time, not on the basis of what others say

I have heared earlier that government is planning to control internet. In general & personally i don't think it right with seeing gov. records  related to other ferms under gov. But i strongly feel a need of free organization for  internet same as 'TRAI'  for mobiles which can rule & regulate what is harmful and objectionable on internet & also have power to ban objectionable content.  Many people are fearing that in this way gov. may misuse  it by using it to advertise it's party etc. but i don't think that it is going to happen. but still keeping in mind people's worries i suggest to give an option  to people to choose from present & new internet lines.
